Podcasts, seminars, webinars, books, etc. There are so many ways to become financially literate to know what is the best way to pay off debt and create generational wealth. However, before starting your debt repayment journey, there are a few things to address first.

  1. It’s key to be open to be financially literate so you can recognize money schemes, a good real estate deal, the real purpose of debt, how to pay off debt aggressively, etc.
  2. Excuses. Don’t make excuses or try to rationalize an expensive purchase.
  3. Scarcity mindset. Scarcity mindset will make you believe that there is not enough money for everyone, that there is not enough properties to buy, that there are is a cap to their income. All those beliefs will paralyze you from finding ways to pay off debt quickly and prevent you from achieving wealth.
